BROTHER’S KEEPER: The World Affairs Council of Orange County has gone after big names on both sides of the Middle East controversy and has finally landed one. Council President Sir Eldon Griffith says the group has “invited virtually every member of the Israeli Cabinet” to speak, so far with no luck. . . . But its Feb. 17 dinner at the Anaheim Marriott features a prince of a speaker: Crown Prince Hassan of Jordan, heir to the crown of his older brother, King Hussein.
