NBC is planning live coverage of the Feb. 16 ceremony when the Los Angeles Lakers retire Earvin (Magic) Johnson’s jersey--No. 32. It will take place during halftime of a Lakers-Boston Celtics game. . . . And, coming your way for at least the next two seasons will be “Beverly Hills, 90210,� which, in a highly unusual move, has been renewed by Fox for two years, 30 episodes each. . . .
