A property manager has agreed to fence a vacant building after the Fire Department and the Orange County Health Care Agency were called Monday to investigate another in a series of illegal dumping incidents on the property.

Soiled adult diapers, empty cans of nutritional supplement and dirty medical equipment found at 5301 Beach Blvd. were determined not to be hazardous and were put in the trash, according to Dianne Parker, the Fire Department’s hazardous materials coordinator.

“I don’t know why it was dumped there, but this material can be placed in the trash,†she added.

Parker said the department has had problems with illegal dumping at the property in the past and that its manager, Preference Properties, agreed Monday to fence it.
