Northridge Man Dies From Stab Wounds
A Northridge man was fatally stabbed near a neighborhood bar early Monday, Los Angeles police said.
David McClave, 28, staggered into the Tryst Bar in the 8700 block of Tampa Avenue about 1 a.m. and collapsed, Detective Bob Pulley said. Paramedics took McClave to Northridge Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead about 20 minutes later.
Pulley said investigators did not get a chance to interview McClave before he died and had not yet determined a motive for the attack. The case, in which there were no known witnesses, remained under investigation, he said.
