Tami Parrott has been appointed vice president of marketing and business development for St. Joseph Hospital in Orange. For the last two years, she has been administrative director of the St. Joseph Medical Plaza project. Before that, Parrott was the chief executive officer of College Hospital Costa Mesa and vice president for professional services at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach.
