No snow is forecast, but the high temperature is expected to be nine degrees for today’s Grey Cup game for the championship of the Canadian Football League between the Toronto Argonauts and Calgary Stampeders at Winnipeg.
Rickey Foggie will start at quarterback for Toronto in place of injured Matt Dunigan. The Argonauts are slight favorites, probably because of receiver-returner Raghib (Rocket) Ismail.
