El Toro 3, Corona del Mar 1--The Chargers (16-3) advanced to the semifinals for the second consecutive year with a 15-9, 15-8, 14-16, 15-9 victory over defending champion Corona del Mar. Jaime Smith had 17 kills and Wendy Balut added 15 for El Toro, which will meet Lakewood St. Joseph in Thursday’s semifinals.
