Julia Talks: Julia Roberts tells all about her canceled wedding in this week’s Entertainment Weekly magazine. Roberts said that it was Kiefer Sutherland who first called off the wedding, even though the public may think she left him. She had planned to tell him she wanted to bail out, but he beat her to it. “He called me on the telephone and proceeded to tell me what I was going to tell him, which is he did not want to marry me. . . . But he was far more nasty about it than I was going to be.” Roberts also denied a couple of rumors--that she was on the verge of quitting during filming of “Hook” and that she has a drug problem. Asked why she broke her silence on such touchy subjects, Roberts said, “I feel like I’ve been picked on, that now I have something to say.”
