Gordon L. Almquist has been named vice president and chief financial officer of 3D Systems, the Valencia-based subsidiary of 3-D Systems Inc., Vancouver.
Almquist, 41, succeeds Edwin J. Kaftal, who resigned to pursue other interests. Most recently, Almquist was vice president of finance and administration and corporate secretary for Quadratron Systems Inc., a Westlake Village developer and marketer of office automation software.
