THE BIG POUR: If you’re driving south on the Orange Freeway near Katella Avenue on Monday morning, watch out for an army of cement trucks. . . . They’ll be headed to the site of Anaheim’s new indoor sports arena. City Engineer Gary Johnson says 157 trucks will begin, at 4 a.m. Monday, the single biggest concrete pour of the project, scheduled for completion in the fall of 1993.
