‘Menagerie’ Canceled Due to Star’s Illness

SANTA ANA — Tonight’s performance of “The Glass Menagerie” at the Alternative Repertory Theatre has been canceled due to the illness of Sally Leonard, who plays the principal role of Amanda. Leonard will be replaced by Barbara Sorenson when performances resume Saturday. The run of the play has been extended a week, to Nov. 23.
