Arcade Video Game Makers Team Up: Atari Games Corp.’s software unit will develop arcade video games for Sega of America, the companies announced. Tengen Inc. will introduce more than 40 software products in the next 24 months on all Sega video game formats available in 14 countries. “We believe this is one of the strongest strategic alliances in the entertainment software industry,” said Dan Van Elderen, chief operating officer of Milpitas, Calif.-based Tengen.
