WAITING HARD: Edyth Ann Warner, the 35-year-old daughter of Randle and Edyth Dewees of Laguna Niguel, has been missing since Feb. 23 (E1). Warner and her 12-year-old son were last seen leaving their home in Las Cruces, N.M. . . . Although experts say the majority of missing adults usually turn up, it’s often a matter of waiting. In Orange County in 1990, law enforcement agencies filed 64 missing adult reports; 29 are still missing.
