Blown Its ‘Cover’: NBC is now dealing with daytime problems. “Cover to Cover,” which first aired last July and spotlighted information appearing in women’s magazines, will be replaced in the network’s weekday lineup by “Classic Concentration,” with Alex Trebek as host, beginning Oct. 28.
