L.A. Baptist 8, Moorpark 7--All the scoring came in the first quarter with L.A. Baptist’s two-point conversion run by Isaac Regenstreif standing as the difference.

After Moorpark (1-3) grabbed a 7-0 lead, Knight quarterback Dane Brown threw 65 yards to Jim Romero for a touchdown. Regenstreif’s run gave the Knights (3-1) an 8-7 lead. Brian Ruiz scored for Moorpark on an eight-yard run in the first quarter.
