Mulholland Wall

Alan Kishbaugh and the Mulholland community are entitled to see the entire wall along the public right of way taken down. Under city law, the construction permit for such a wall is revocable without cause. Modifying this intrusion into a vista is an inappropriate and inadequate remedy. The law permits the perfect remedy: take it down.
