New Tenants: A new shopping center that will be situated within walking distance of a senior citizen complex has signed up its first tenants.
Albertson’s supermarket will anchor the Morningside Plaza in Fullerton, which will also include a Carl’s Jr. restaurant, a dry cleaner and a photo finishing store. The center’s leasing agent, Grubb & Ellis, is also scouting for a bank, drugstore, women’s apparel store, a hair salon, an ice cream store and a video rental outlet.
The plaza is next to the seniors complex, Morningside of Fullerton, a $100-million, 41-acre project that is billed as the largest development in the city.
