Art Theft: Three artworks valued at more than $100,000 were stolen from Santa Monica’s Richard Green Gallery Tuesday night. “They broke in through a window,” said gallery owner Green, whose space is at 2036 Broadway in what is commonly called the Broadway Gallery Complex. “The alarm went off, but they were gone before the police came. These guys knew exactly what they wanted; there were other things in the gallery that weren’t even touched.” Missing are two large drawings and a print--each 60x48 inches--by North Carolina artist Donald Sultan, whose work has been on view at the gallery since Sept. 13.
