A San Diego man was in serious condition Sunday after apparently being shot in the head at a party, authorities said.
At about 1:22 a.m., San Diego police were called to assist a man sitting in a car near the intersection of 25th Street and Broadway. The victim, Juan Palacio, 31, told officers that he had been shot in the head while at a party at a nearby residence.
He was in serious condition Sunday at UC San Diego Medical Center.
