Everyone knows that a movie is a group effort. A symphony can be written by one composer, a novel by one author, but no one makes a movie alone.
Surely those who heaped such praise on Capra should know this. Recognition for Robert Riskin’s enormous contribution to Capra’s success is long overdue.
