Orange County public television station KOCE Channel 50 has received $350,000 from the recently formed National Water Research Institute in Fountain Valley to produce three 30-minute programs and 10 60-second public service announcements on water conservation. The announcements are to begin early next year, and the programs are targeted for fall 1992.
