ON THE ROAD: It’s happy trails for country singer Jann Browne, who is moving to Nashville along with her band after 13 years in Orange County. . . . Browne tired of her frequent commute to the country music hub, where she has been spending an increasing amount of time writing songs with collaborators. “It’s hard to uproot. I’m going to miss sneaking away to the desert,” said Browne, who has released two albums. She bids adieu Saturday night at the Swallows Inn in San Juan Capistrano, her favorite honky-tonk haunt over the years.
