BONJOUR MICKEY: Some folks in Anaheim are thinking of springtime in Paris, where they’d like to celebrate the debut of Euro Disney. . . . The 5,000-acre resort, which includes a theme park and six hotels, opens outside the City of Light on April 12. . . . Disneyland President Jack Lindquist said city government and Chamber of Commerce officials have expressed interest in attending. Though Lindquist said no invitations have been issued for the opening ceremonies, travel packages are being prepared for purchase.
