Clams Keep Dancing: A seafood restaurant chain in Seattle is ignoring legal threats and is again showing “Dances With Clams,” a commercial spoof on Kevin Costner’s movie “Dances With Wolves.” The Ivars Inc. commercial features Norwegians on horseback watching a Costner look-alike dancing with giant clams. The company pulled the ad in April after Orion, the film’s producer, threatened to sue. The threat hasn’t disappeared, but Ivars’ president said: “We just got more nerve.” Fans of the commercial have been clamoring for the ad, he said. Costner told a Seattle TV interviewer that he also enjoyed it.
