Los Angeles : Pediatrician Gets Grant

Dr. David Wood, assistant director of the department of pediatrics at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, has been selected for the Kellogg National Fellowship Program.
One of 45 individuals chosen, Wood will receive a three-year grant of $35,000 to fund his self-designed plan of study. He is also an American Academy of Pediatrics fellow and serves on the organization’s subcommittee on health care finance.
