John Brown has been appointed senior vice president and senior trust officer for California Central Trust Bank’s trust administration and marketing division. Before joining the Irvine company, Brown oversaw new business development in qualified retirement plan consulting. Before that, he was vice president and manager of employee benefits trust services for Sanwa Bank California and general supervisor of the employee benefits trust unit of the Bank of New York.
