Robert G. Bartizal, Patrick F. Cadigan and Thomas L. Ringer have joined the board of LH Research Inc., a Tustin manufacturer of switching power supplies. Bartizal founded and is senior partner of RGB Associates and of Bartizal & Sherby, both management consulting firms. Cadigan is chairman and trustee of the Cadigan Co., a personal investment trust. Ringer is chairman of the holding company of a regional brokerage firm in Los Angeles.
