A Ventura man and woman are free on their own recognizance after being arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana and hallucinogenic mushrooms, authorities said.

Susan Wagner, 45, and James Ducusin, 43, were booked and released at Ventura County Jail Thursday.

Ventura County sheriff’s deputies seized about three pounds of marijuana packaged for sale and about a quarter-pound of psilocybin mushrooms, said Sheriff’s Sgt. Arnie Aviles.
