On the Move: Mike Hegedus, who has been on CBS station KPIX in San Francisco for the last 11 years, starts Tuesday as a general assignment reporter at KNBC Channel 4. . . . Anchorman Paul Vercammen has left KEYT-TV Channel 3 in Santa Barbara to join CNN as an early morning business news anchor. Vercammen, a USC journalism graduate, will be based at CNN Business News headquarters in New York.
