Serbs, Croats to Swap Prisoners

BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — Serbs and Croats announced Friday an exchange of prisoners captured in their bitter ethnic fighting and pledged to work to make an uneasy truce hold.
In Prague, Czechoslovakia, the 35-nation Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe urged the warring Yugoslav factions to begin talks to cement the peace.
Serbs and Croats agreed to exchange some prisoners in the village of Vajska on their border Friday evening, the state news agency Tanjug reported.
