Joint Marketing: Six South County landowners and developers have started a joint marketing program.
The group, which calls itself South Orange County Business Communities, is made up of Arvida Co., Coto de Caza; Foothill Ranch Co., Laguna Hills; Mission Viejo Co.; Pacific Commercentre Partners, Lake Forest, and Los Alisos Development Co., Irvine; P.R.P. Development Inc., Irvine, and Santa Margarita Co., Rancho Santa Margarita.
The group is selling property in the southern, less developed half of the county to businesses as an attractive location near the burgeoning population centers south of the Costa Mesa Freeway.
