A Rock Walk: Legendary rock guitarist Jimi Hendrix has been selected to receive a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame in November. The famed ‘60s psychedelic star, who pioneered such popular music genres as fusion and heavy metal, also has been nominated and is expected to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in January.
