Andino to Compete in San Clemente Festival

Defending U.S. champion Dino Andino is among the 54 surfers expected to compete Friday in the San Clemente Ocean Festival contest.
The one-day contest starts at 7 a.m. at the Municipal Pier. Others expected to compete are Brian and Terence McNulty of Capistrano Beach and Jim Hogan and Matt Archbold, both of San Clemente.
The three-day festival also features a lifeguard championship, beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday.
