Arcadia : $46.3-Million Budget Passed

The City Council has unanimously approved a $46.3-million budget for the fiscal year 1991-92.
The new budget, approved Tuesday, is a 7% increase over last year’s budget of $43.2 million.
The increase includes a $246,000 allocation to the Recreation Department for a new office and senior citizen facility.
