Pepsi Tops Coke’s Investment in Poland: Pepsi-Cola has upped the ante in its competition with Coca-Cola for the Polish soft drink market, announcing that it plans to invest $60 million in the country by 1996. The Pepsi move matches a $50-million investment announced by Coca-Cola Co. in March.
