Fountain Renamed
If your intent is to let all know that you are just in from Sumatra, then asking for the Angel of the Waters Fountain at Bethesda Terrace in Central Park will accomplish that (“The Central Park Out-of-Towners Seldon See,†May 12). Further, no one will know about what you are speaking. The fountain is known quite simply as the Bethesda Fountain. It matters not what its original appellation was.
