Readers Decry Dornan’s Actions on Plane

Well, B-52 Bob has done it again.

Dornan never fails to put his right foot into his big mouth.

His lack of good manners and his constant irritating behavior are a source of discomfort for many of us in Orange County. The rules established by the Federal Aviation Administration for takeoffs and landings are designed for the safety of all passengers, not just the congressman. I find it hard to believe that two minutes with his seat in an upright position would cause serious health problems. That is just too ridiculous to believe.

But what irritates me the most is his comment that now he will be writing language to take care of the problem. Wow! Does he really believe his failure to follow reasonable safety precautions gives him the right to rewrite the law?

Maybe we should have Dornan live a homeless life for several months, then he would be more sympathetic to this tragedy, or maybe he could disguise himself as an ethnic minority--and then vote for the civil rights bill. Oh well, that might be too much to hope for.
