Minneapolis-based Cargill wrapped up the acquisition of four mills--including one in Los Angeles--from Pillsbury for about $100 million. Cargill announced the deal in January. The other mills are in Ogden, Utah; Lake City, Minn., and Springfield, Ill. Pillsbury is part of Grand Metropolitan PLC of London, which has food, beverage and retail operations.
