Simone Lagomarsino was elected president and chief executive of Premier Bank, a small Northridge-based bank that also has offices in Woodland Hills and Thousand Oaks.
Lagomarsino succeeded Thomas W. Rosa, who resigned. Rosa could not be reached to explain why he left, and Premier Chairman C.K. Tseng did not return a telephone call requesting comment.
Lagaomarsino previously was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Premier, which had $86.4 million in assets as of April 30.
