Economic Development Corp. of Los Angeles County appointed Jack Kyser to the newly created position of chief economist/director of research and program development. Kyser will be responsible for the development of EDC programs, including support of its Aerospace Task Force, and will continue to monitor the Los Angeles economy. Most recently, Kyser was the chief economist of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce.
