Paying the Tax Man: Willie Nelson begins his new approach to taxation with today’s release of his new album. It’s titled “Who’ll Buy My Memories?--The IRS Tapes” and proceeds will go toward paying off his multimillion-dollar tax debt. The album will be sold through telephone orders only and will be marketed for one year by an Austin-based company, Television Group Inc. Nelson’s royalties are to be $6 per album.
