Seurat Stolen: A small drawing by Georges Seurat is missing from a major retrospective of the 19th-Century pointillist’s work at the Grand Palais in Paris, authorities reported Wednesday. The value of the privately owned drawing, “Cocher de Fiacre” (“Coachman”), was not disclosed.
