Salty Suit: The parents of one of three teen-agers trampled to death during a Jan. 18 rock concert at the Salt Palace have filed a negligence claim against Salt Lake County. The attorney for the family of 14-year-old Jimmie L. Boyd said that the boy died because the county permitted the concert to occur under dangerous conditions. The rock group AC-DC, which played at the concert, was dismissed recently as a defendant in the suit.
