Boston Red Sox pitcher Roger Clemens and his brother entered pleas of not guilty to misdemeanor charges stemming from a January bar brawl with an off-duty policeman in Houston.

A motions hearing was set for July 22 and the trial date is expected to be set then.

Clemens, 29, and his brother Gary, 39, were arrested Jan. 19 in Houston at the Bayou Mama’s nightclub.
