Kenneth Meyer has resigned as executive vice president and general counsel for MTM Entertainment to become a senior executive vice president at MGM-Pathe Communications Co. Meyer will serve as an adviser to Chairman Alan Ladd Jr. and the executive committee.

In other management changes at MGM, Tom Carson was named executive vice president and chief financial officer. William A. Jones was appointed executive vice president and general counsel. Trevor Fetter also was named an executive vice president. The management changes were anticipated after Ladd was promoted to chairman in place of Giancarlo Parretti.
