PARIS — About 150 far-right French royalists were arrested Sunday after several climbed aboard police vehicles, lobbed eggs at police officers and briefly seized control of the Pantheon, police said.
The violence began after about 300 supporters of National Restoration, one of a number of French monarchist organizations, gathered at a statue dedicated to Joan of Arc. No serious injuries were reported.
