Opalinski and Elaine Roque are seeded third. Their best performance was a second-place finish at Clearwater.
The $40,000 double-elimination tournament starts at 9 a.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday adjacent to the Hermosa Beach Pier. The final is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
