VISITING: Lithuanian President Vyautas Landsbergis speaks at the Nixon library in Yorba Linda today and will be followed in two weeks by another leader of a land that was once firmly under Moscow’s thumb: President Arpad Goncz of Hungary. . . . Former President Richard M. Nixon wished Landsbergis well on his “visit to the United States and Orange County.” Goncz will address the World Affairs Council on May 24.
