NCR Appeals Invalidation of Plan: NCR Corp., appealed a federal court ruling that invalidated the company’s new employee stock ownership plan, which effectively barred its workers from voting those shares at an upcoming shareholders meeting on AT&T;’s takeoverbid. The appeal was filed in the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati: No hearingwas immediately scheduled.
