Investment Firm Buys 350,000 Comarco Shares: Comarco Inc., a defense engineering services firm, said that the Kayne-Anderson Investment Management Co. exercised warrants to buy 350,000 shares of the company’s stock. As a result, Comarco’s total common shares outstanding will increase to 4,980,677 shares. The warrants were issued in 1987 and 1988 under lending agreements with Wells Fargo Bank, which sold them to Kayne-Anderson.
